God/Goddess Gods and goddesses are ascended angels and demons. Every immortal has a range of abilities or powers- such as teleportation, mind reading, elemental control, shape shifting, etc- one of which that they are exceptionally good at. This is their power. The more an individual uses their power, the more skilled they become with it. When someone has completely mastered their power and cannot be any better at it, they become the god or goddess of that power. Example: Scorpio the Black Angel God of Fire. When they ascend, a small oval shaped gem appears on their forehead. This becomes the outlet of their powers to both expend and consume large amounts of energy with little effort. Every individual god/goddess has a different colored gem. Also, they are as strong/powerful as ten regular immortals. After an immortal has ascended into becoming a god/goddess of their primary power, they can also become the god/goddess of their secondary power, but it is very rare. If they do, they will gain a second gem on their lower back of the same color of the first. One would have to have crazy amounts of power in order to ascend twice. Most die before becoming the master of two powers. A god/goddess of one power is considered a primary god/goddess, and one of two powers is a secondary god/goddess.
