Gray Scale/Status The gray scale is a system of judging a persons deeds- good versus bad. For an individual, it is constantly changing with every action they preform. Luckily for most, it does not judge a persons thoughts. This system was designed by Lucifer, and attached to every human. All humans are born with a gray status of white. Although everyone has a gray status, it only matters after death- to decide if someone is an angel or a demon. Acts are mostly judged by selfishness- was the act carried out in the interest of others or self? Level of enjoyment is also a factor- did the person enjoy committing the 'sin' or not? Once someone is ruled black(demon) or white(angel), their gray status can still continue to change and becomes visible in their wings. If an angel begins to commit 'sinful' acts, their wings with begin to gray or speckle. If they continue to misbehave their wings will become black. If a demon takes up a charitable nature, their wings will become white. The color of an immortals wings becomes part of their name title. For example: Scorpio the Black Angel God of Fire. All immortal creatures can see peoples gray status and humans have a small sense of it, particularly children.
